Swallowfood.com interview with Gabrielle Hamilton – One tough woman
For this shoot I was asked to photograph Hamilton at one of her Toronto book signings for Swallowfood.com. Listening to her talk I was totally blow away. She is one bad ass woman and chef. Soon after, I scoured bookstore shelves looking for a copy of Blood, Bones and Butter. Prune, her NYC restaurant, sounds like a welcoming, down to earth spot with innovative rustic dishes. Can’t wait till my next trip to NYC!
