Pescatarian Birthday Dinner
Could we be more italian?
Last weekend my family celebrated my little sister Whitney’s 22nd birthday. In honour of the occasion, we rounded up the best chefs (my sister, aunt and dad) to come up with a pescatarian feast. Four years ago, Whitney a once ferocious meat eater, decided she would become a vegetarian. Despite the pleas from family members for her to go back to her meat eating ways, Whitney instated a vegetarian or at the very least a pescatarian birthday dinner potluck. She was determined to show my family that a dinner without meat would be delicious. Big thanks to my Zia Sonia who cooked a majority of the yummy treats.
