Reel Eats goes Sideways for LA’s Italian+Bar
Reel Eats Does it again! Guests, storytellers, film buffs, friends and chefs gathered together last sunday to enjoy yet another instalment of Reel Eats. This time Chef Aaron Foster from LA’s Italian+Bar, cooked up a Sideways inspired 4-course dinner at the Aphrodite Cooks loft in the west end of the city.
Chef Aaron’s Sideways, Market-Fresh Inspired Menu included;
First Course- Miles’ Green with envy green and white asparagus, smoked burrata, tomato jam, green sauce
Second Course - Joker Jack’s Laughing Bird shrimp cavatelli, fava beans, mint pesto, pecorino
Third Course - Stick Your Neck Out Roast pork neck, house-made sausage, brown butter, fork-crushed fingerlings, walnuts, Bourbon-apple reduction
Fourth Course – Life’s Agri-Dolce Strawberry shortcake with 12 year-old balsamic, black pepper, crème frâiche
